The nature and quality of our property portfolio will provide Security Holders with a secure income stream, as approximately 70% (weighted by income) of the existing tenants of the portfolio are either investment grade corporates or Commonwealth government agencies. The portfolio has an average remaining lease term of approximately 6.4 years (weighted by income).
Several of the leases are triple net leases generally requiring all outgoings including those of a capital and structural nature to be paid by the tenant, which increases certainty of income.
