9 Redmyre Road, Strathfield is ideally positioned in the heart of the popular Strathfield business district, a major junction in the Sydney rail network. The building is centrally located, being just 300 metres from the bus and rail interchange.
The building was completed in 1989 and as well as having six levels of commercial office space it has two and a half levels of basement car parking with capacity for 83 vehicles.
Trafalgar Corporate Group through Trafalgar Opportunity Fund No. 5 developed the building into commercial strata offices.
