Trafalgar Corporate Group has a diverse and growing fund management business. The Company currently manages a number of external funds on behalf of private equity investors in addition to the management of its own property investment portfolio. The current assets under management of The Group as at 30 June 2007 was approximately $485 million.

The establishment and management of these external funds will add to earnings of the Group in the form of:

• management fees;
• transaction and performance fees; and
• profits from co-investing.
  
  

The listing of the Group is expected to raise the Group’s profile, and thereby help increase its access to funds in the unlisted property trust market.

The Group is keen to leverage off its increased profile and its existing in-house expertise to develop new unlisted products, which offer a more leveraged property exposure for private investors, representing a different risk profile to the typical listed property trust investor.

These funds will target a range of investors including institutions, superannuation funds, high net worth individuals and retail investors, looking for above average returns from property.
